Veloretti, an Amsterdam bike brand launches automatic electric bikes that are automatic and gorgeous. Each bike is fitted with a maintenance-free Carbon belt drive and detachable 510Wh battery that simplifies charging.

“We are very excited about e-bikes. It’s crazy”, said the brand’s founder, Ferry Zonder, to the website The Verge. Veloretti is completely Dutch, with just a bit of Italian in the best “retro-chic” style. The Ivy model comes with white tires, handles, and a saddle that look like leather. They are equipped with the continuous transmission, automatic transmission, intermediate-drive silent Bafang engine (250W), hydraulic brakes, integrated front and rear lighting, and a small screen for turn-by-turn navigation.

Electric bikes are also equipped with torque, speed, and cadence sensors, as well as Bluetooth, GPS, 3G, and 4G connections. This technology allows for many advanced features like remote updates, remote problem diagnosis, fault detection, and live tracking in case of theft – an all-in-one application app exclusive to Veloretti.
